There was a fatal collision on Highway 401 last Tuesday morning in the area between Communication Road and Kent Bridge Road. The victim was a 41-year-old from Leamington. The crash was between one vehicle and a transport truck on the westbound side of the road.
Authorities had to shut down the highway in both directions to investigate the crash. The investigation is being managed by Elgin County OPP.
