Irina joined Greg Monforton & Partners as an Associate in 2018 after completing her summer and articles with Miller Thomson LLP in Toronto.
Irina received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018. In her undergraduate years, Irina obtained an Honours Degree in Criminology with a Minor in Contemporary Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Irina is currently Chair of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association Women Trial Lawyers Caucus for 2025-2026. She is also a member at large of The Advocates’ Society Personal Injury and Insurance Practice Group, and sits on the Young Advocates Standing Committee. Irina is also a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
She has previously volunteered with the Brain Injury Association of Windsor Essex County and sat on the Spinal Cord Injury Southwestern Ontario Professionals Executive Committee. Irina has also taught as a coach for the University of Windsor’s Tort Law Moot Competition.
