Another Avoidable Highway 3 Tragedy

founding partner Greg MonfortonGreg Monforton, founding partner of Greg Monforton & Partners, announced today that his law firm has been retained by members of the family of the late Diana Pepper, the 67 year old grandmother who was tragically killed on April 27, 2016 at the intersection of Highway 3 and Arner Townline in Essex.

Monforton said: “This was a needless tragedy that would not have occurred had this roadway been widened as required years ago.

“Tens of thousands of commuters travel this highway daily. When combined with hundreds of trucks delivering Essex County produce to market, you have a continuing recipe for disaster.”

Monforton and the Pepper family ask the public to help pressure the provincial government to widen this stretch of Highway 3 by signing an online petition created by Essex MPP Taras Natyshak. To sign the petition, go to: https://www.tarasnatyshak.com/petition-widen-highway-3-now/.
