Asbestos Lawyers

Countless products and materials contain asbestos fibers. Those people working in the construction, railroad and shipbuilding industries are at the greatest risk of being harmed by exposure to asbestos. Asbestos is associated with several life-threatening diseases, including mesothelioma, lung cancer and asbestosis.

In spite of overwhelming evidence that asbestos poses a significant risk to a person's health, the asbestos industry continues to promote its product in Canada. Various asbestos manufacturers in Canada are lobbying for the continued use of chrysotile, a type of asbestos linked to mesothelioma and lung cancer.

Asbestos companies knew as early as the 1930s that asbestos posed a significant risk to people. Instead of alerting the public to this danger, the manufacturers instead concealed the risk and continued developing and promoting the dangerous product.

Our law firm represents Canadians affected by asbestos. If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with mesothelioma, you should contact us immediately.
