Windsor Police has just released details of two accidents involving eight vehicles that occurred on E.C. Row and resulted in the closure of the westbound ramps at Dougall Avenue.
More than five people have been reported injured and taken to a nearby hospital after the two separate crashes took place at approximately 9 a.m this morning. Authorities at the scene have advised that the area is now clear and traffic is beginning to flow.
