On Tuesday, June 1st, associate Irina Rosca will take part in a webcast for the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) titled, “Regional Round-Up: Key Updates for Civil Proceedings Across Ontario.” The CBA is the largest professional association for lawyers in Canada with over 36,000 active members.
The event will be broadcast over the internet and run from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Registration is open to members and non-members. Participants can be eligible to receive up to one substantive hour of Continued Professional Development (CPD) credits.
Program highlights include updates on key civil litigation practices and court processes, how these changes have impacted court-related interactions in the province as well as insight into future civil matters that may affect your region.
