The Ontario Provincial Police have released preliminary details on a fatal, three vehicle accident that took place at the intersection of County Road 46 and Naylor Sideroad in Lakeshore at approximately 9 am on Thursday morning.
The accident – which involved a dump truck and two cars – is currently being recreated by authorities in an attempt to determine the cause however, it has been revealed that the driver of one of the cars suffered critical injuries in the collision and passed at the scene.
The driver of the dump truck was uninjured while the motorist in the other car sustained non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
