This year, Greg Monforton & Partners participated in Sparky’s Toy Drive, a program with a long history of helping families in need at Christmastime by providing new toys to their children who are 14 years old or younger.
This program’s mission is to make a difference for struggling families here in the community. This includes helping the working poor – those struggling to afford their living expenses, leaving little extra money for the things we take for granted.
Sparky’s Toy Drive also provides toys to new immigrants and refugees, as many of them may be experiencing the joy of Christmas for the first time.
This program is run by volunteers and is only able to operate thanks to the generosity of people in Windsor and Essex County. The program is sponsored by the Windsor Firefighter’s Benefit Fund.
Sparky is the mascot for this program and he came by our office today to take pictures with staff members and to pick up the toys that were donated.
