Injured in a Crash? Legal Options May Be Available
Even when injuries are labeled as minor, they may lead to medical expenses, lost income, or long-term effects. Ontario’s insurance system allows accident victims to seek Statutory Accident Benefits and, in some cases, pursue claims for additional damages if another party is at fault.
