Partner Jennifer Bezaire Presenting an OTLA Webinar on Establishing a Catastrophic Impairment

jennifer bezaire blog imageOn April 16, 2020, partner Jennifer Bezaire is presenting an Ontario Trial Lawyers Association webinar on how to determine if brain impaired clients with positive diagnostic imaging can be deemed catastrophically impaired.

Jennifer’s presentation of this complex issue will help plaintiff lawyers looking to significantly enhance accident benefits received by their brain injured clients.

The webinar is entitled GOS-E (Glasgow Outcome Scale-Extended Version): Challenges and Evidence to Establish CAT. It will be recorded on April 16 and released thereafter, online, by OTLA.
