Seven Injured in Tractor-Trailer Collision

police lights at nightSeven people were sent to the hospital Friday, Nov. 3, after a three-vehicle collision involving a tractor-trailer on County Road 18 in Kingsville.

The crash happened at about 6 a.m. Police believe the tractor-trailer was reversing into a commercial business when a minivan hit the truck. Another passenger vehicle traveling in the same direction also struck the truck and minivan.

The minivan was carrying six occupants and the second car had a lone passenger. All seven were taken to the hospital with minor to life-threatening injuries. Two of the victims suffered critical injuries.

County Road 18 was closed for an investigation between County Road 34 and County Road 31.
