Tomorrow, June 30th, associate lawyer Irina Rosca will take part in a presentation for Community Legal Aid (CLA) titled, “Private-Practice, Life After Law School.”
CLA is a joint project between the University of Windsor’s Faculty of Law and Legal Aid Ontario, offering legal services to low-income residents from the Windsor-Essex area.
CLA also provides Windsor law students with opportunities to advocate with and on behalf of the local community. The clinic serves as a learning environment for students to help build their advocacy and litigation skills.
For most people, law school is the ultimate goal. However, once a student graduates from law school, there are so many different avenues that may be available, including private law practice.
Irina will be discussing this and more at the clinic. While attending law school, she volunteered as a group leader and litigator with Community Legal Aid.
We look forward to the presentation.
