Greg Monforton and Partners is pleased to announce that our Associate Irina Rosca has been featured in the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) blog’s most recent case summaries.
The case summary, Anjum v. Doe, 2018 ONSC 4344, details the actions a personal injury lawyer took in court after being denied legal fees and disbursements from a client who tried to settle his claim and deal directly with the defendant.
Irina is an active OTLA member and a frequent contributor to the organization’s blog. This is quite an accomplishment for a lawyer to be chosen to summarize significant case law.
