At the law offices of Greg Monforton & Partners, we are committed to helping our local community and are proud to announce that our founding partner and highly regarded Windsor personal injury lawyer – Mr. Greg Monforton – will be visiting the law students at Essex High School on Thursday, January 15th, 2015.
With the students already having started to prepare a list of questions that they are eager to ask, during the visit Greg will be discussing the differences in awards in Ontario compared to the United States along with covering a range of topics including:
- Civil law
- The case assessment process
- Determining settlement figures
- Heads of damages
