CTV Windsor recently reported on an individual that was seriously injured at a post-prom party held on the outskirts of Windsor, that turned violent over the weekend. As part of the report, our very own Brad Robitaille was asked by the news network to express his views on the issue and if the property owner and those in attendance could be held liable for the injury of the victim.
