Traffic Backed Up on E.C. Row Expressway Following Monday Morning Crash

emergency paramedic ambulancePolice say there was a crash on E.C. Row Expressway before Howard Avenue at about 11:23 a.m. Monday.

It happened in the westbound side of the road and left only one lane open. There were two ambulances at the scene. Three vehicles were taken off the road and two vehicles suffered significant back end damage.

There was also a pickup truck that suffered considerable damage to its front end.
