Two people were taken to the local hospital this morning after a serious crash on the border of Essex and Kingsville.
At around 7 a.m., Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of County Road 20.
One of the occupants of the vehicles suffered life-threatening injuries while the other occupant suffered minor injuries.
County Road 20 between Iler Side Road and McCain Sideroad is closed while police conduct their investigation. County Road 23 between 3rd Concession Road and Heritage Road has also been shut down.
