Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking witnesses after a serious single-vehicle collision that injured three people in Kingsville on Sunday night.
It took place on County Road 20 west of County Road 45 at about 10 p.m.
Police say a white SUV left the road and struck a tree, ejecting at least two of the three occupants. One person fled the accident scene but was later located close by in medical distress.
All three occupants were taken to the local hospital with serious and/or life-threatening injuries.
The road was closed for approximately seven hours while the OPP’s Technical Collision Investigators attended the accident scene, but the road has since reopened.
The OPP is urging anyone who possibly witnessed the crash or the moments leading up to the crash to please call them or send an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
