A 31 year old Windsor man was run down by an SUV on Sunday morning as he was riding his bicycle in the 700 block of Pelissier Street.
According to Windsor Police, after hitting the rider, the driver of the SUV fled the scene, leaving the rider lying injured on the road.
Images taken from a surveillance video of the area have shown that the SUV appeared to have dark rims and may have damage to the right hand side of the vehicle.
