ATV Accident Sends Girl to Hospital With Life-Threatening Injuries

blue light on side of ambulanceOn Tuesday night, a young girl was struck by an All-Terrain-Vehicle (ATV) and suffered life-threatening injuries, according to Ontario Provincial Police. She was transported to the Children’s Hospital of Michigan where her condition stabilized.

The accident occurred in Colchester. The victim was with a few other young people who were riding ATVs on a trail near Dunn Road. The trail was on private property.

The victim was taken to the hospital by paramedics at about 6 p.m.

Police will give regular updates on the investigation into this crash.
