Greg Monforton Presenting Webinar on Winning Strategies in Traumatic Brain Injury Cases

x-rays of brainsOn Monday at 4 p.m. eastern time, our founder Greg Monforton will be one of the presenters at an Ontario Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA) webinar titled, “Winning Strategies for Proving and Trying the Traumatic Brain Injury Case.”

In the webinar, the presenters will discuss some of the many challenges of proving the existence and significance of a traumatic brain injury in a court of law. This includes the challenge of linking the brain injury to a victim’s impairment.

The webinar will also provide information, resources and winning strategies for addressing and refuting the defence’s case – the defence will likely try to minimize the severity of the brain injury and the impact it has on the victim.

The program will begin with a five-minute introduction, followed by a 60-minute presentation and 10-minute question and answer session.

The webinar costs $99 for OTLA members and staff and $129 for everyone else. You can join the program from any computer with high-speed internet. You can take part in surveys, ask questions and even post comments during the program. You will receive instructions and a link for joining the program once you register. You will also receive this information the day before the webinar.

Even if you are unable to attend, you can register to receive a CD recording of the program by mail.

You can receive continuing education credits for this program in numerous jurisdictions, including Canadian provinces and U.S. states. There is more information about this on the registration page for the webinar.
