Frank’s practice is devoted to helping injured victims obtain compensation. He spent the past three years representing plaintiffs in Toronto.
Frank was born and raised in Tecumseh. He attended the University of Windsor as an undergraduate and earned his law degree from Queen’s University. Frank was called to the bar in 2020.
