We are sad to announce that our No Fault Accident Benefits Specialist Lisa Ouellette is retiring.
She has had a long and prominent career advocating for clients on behalf of the firm.
Lisa has been a committed and valuable asset to our staff. Over the years, she has provided prompt assistance to clients, helping them understand and obtain Statutory Accident Benefits. This includes helping them navigate the claim process. Lisa also regularly participated and contributed to firm-sponsored events benefiting the local community.
On Thursday, we celebrated Lisa in our Zoom meeting, congratulating Lisa on her retirement and thanking her for her service. We presented her with a Roberto Coin bracelet and a customized video depicting photos from her time with us over the past 11 years (with background vocals from her favourite artist Elvis Presley singing “My Way”).
Lisa is a consummate professional and she will be sorely missed.
