The law office of Greg Monforton & Partners has been retained by the family of Mr. Adam Pouget – a 30 year old married father of 4 that was fatally injured after being struck by a car driving on County Road 18 in Amherstburg, while he was heading to a job site on November 17, 2016.
In a statement from Mr. Monforton:
Our law firm has been hired to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. We are trying to piece together as much evidence as we can before memories fade and witnesses disappear. Adam’s wife Ashley and her family are devastated and suffering immense pain. They have asked us to thank the media for respecting their privacy at this time”.
While a police investigation is currently underway to help determine the circumstances of this tragedy, Greg Monforton and the Pouget family are asking any witnesses to the event to come forward and provide any information to local authorities. Mr. Pouget is survived by his wife Ashley and their four children.
