Yesterday our Managing Partner Joanna Sweet and our associate lawyers Jacqueline Staley, Jaclyn Habas and Myla Picco attended “Lobby Day” at Queen’s Park in Toronto on behalf of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
Joanna and her team spent the day with a number of cabinet ministers and backbench MPPs, providing them with needed information on the impact of governmental policies on our clients and the justice system in Ontario.
They also attended a reception with The Honourable Doug Downy, Attorney General of Ontario.
