As part of our continued support of the Brain Injury Association for Windsor-Essex, several members of the GM&P team attended the tournament, which was held Friday, September 5 at Kingsville Golf & Country Club.
All proceeds from the tournament go directly to BIAWE to continue educating the public on acquired brain injuries, while the organizations goal is to enhance the lives of those affected by acquired brain injury in the Windsor-Essex area through awareness and support.
The BIAWE says that one in every 26 Canadians are living with an acquired brain illness; every hour, another person develops this condition. Organizations like the BIAWE are an important part of helping these individuals and their families continue to thrive even after their accident. Fundraising events like Saturdays golf tournament are an integral part of ensuring the BIAWE can go on to help those in need.
Greg Monforton & Partners is thrilled to have been a part of such a worthy cause. We are proud to offer whatever help we can to those living with acquired brain injuries, and applaud the efforts of the BIAWE with last weeks tournament.
It was a wonderful and successful event thanks to all who attended!
