Weather Not The Only Factor In I-75 Collision

According to Bob Darling, the truck involved in the fatal accident had only four out of eight sets of brakes working, while the Michigan driver also had five previous road violations in that state.
In light of this information, it has been alleged that the truck that collided with the Windsor family's vehicle had defective brakes.
