Careless Driver Caught With Both Hands Off The Wheel While Doing Makeup

a distracted driverA local Windsor Police officer has reportedly caught a woman driving on Howard Avenue with no hands on the wheel and with a toddler in the back seat, while she was putting on her makeup.

Noticing that a car ahead was driving very slow, the officer discretely pulled up beside the woman to see that she had the sun visor down and was looking straight into the mirror as she applied her makeup, with no hands on the wheel.

With a brush in one hand and a canister in the other, the female driver was reportedly applying makeup to her eyelashes when she was pulled over.

Upon further inspection, the officer then noticed a young child strapped into the back seat of the vehicle and proceeded to give the driver a provincial offences notice for careless driving.
