Brad Robitaille, co-founder of Greg Monforton & Partners and managing partner of the firm, was named in a recent CBC News article and segment of “Food with Jonathan Pinto.”
Each week, the segment features some of the tastiest food in the region. Robitaille recommended that Windsor Morning’s Jonathan Pinto check out the popular yeast waffles at Dalhousie Bistro in Amherstburg.
Unlike most North American waffles, the bistro’s new waffles utilize yeast as a rising agent, giving them more body and richer flavor.
